Refunds / Exchanges:

We do not accept any returns unless item is defective or the wrong item was sent to you. 

Sale items are final sale.

Our exchange policy gives you 7 days after delivery date to exchange an item purchased online with a valid receipt.

You may only exchange for a different size/color for the same abaya. Exchanges are also valid for defected items. If the product is no longer in stock, you may not exchange it. 

Steps to exchange:

Send us an email at info@pakistellashop.com prior to an exchange.

Shipping address will be provided via email. 

Shipping cost will be buyer's.
